Dr. Kevin Morash will be joining the Divisions of Orthopaedic Surgery and Paediatric Surgery in September 2022. After receiving his medical degree from Queen’s School of Medicine.
Dr. Morash completed his Orthopaedic Surgery residency at Dalhousie University. During that time, he also obtained a Master of Education (Curriculum Studies for Health Interprofessionals) degree from Acadia University and was Co-Chair of the Canadian Orthopaedic Residents’ Association. He then completed a clinical fellowship in Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery at Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Delaware, USA.
Dr. Morash’s clinical interests include treatment of lower extremity deformities, paediatric hip pathologies (e.g. DDH, SCFE, Perthes) and scoliosis. He has a research interest in medical education, focusing on the assessment of surgical trainees. He is a member of the Canadian Orthopaedic Association, the Canadian Paediatric Orthopaedic Group and the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America.
